Hi, So I have been using only one stick of 8 gb for ram up until today.I bought another stick of ram but instead of 8 only got 4gb. But the same speed and the same brand as my current one...however when I put it in the only other DIMM slot on the mobo my computer started but nothing popped up on screen. At first I thought it was the gpu or something but I tested that out on my other PC and it works fine. So I then took out the newly installed ram and my Pc booted up completely normal. I then retried putting the new ram stick in but it didn't work again and my computer wouldn't boot. So why won't the new ram stick work? Does it also have to be 8gb like the one I already have? i looked at the manual for the mobo and it says that there is a DIMMa1 and DIMMb1. So idk why it won't work with both sticks of ram in. My other pc has 2 8gb and 1 4gb and it works perfectly fine. Can anyone give me some insight into this problem? i have been looking around and all i see is stuff about ryzen ram incompatibilities and problems. Maybe this could be the cause? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3654679/ryzen-ram-incompatibility.htmlInbound Marketing ExamplesThanks
