System Monitor for XP

Hi,


I know I
can go to task manager and click on the Networking tab and it will
show the download progress. BUT* that is one strange acting program

if you ask me. I'd much prefer the way System Monitor worked. Is there a program like Win98's System Monitor for Win XP?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
